Position Objective:
Individual contributor. Responsible for generating demand/leads for the market/territory assigned. This role will be responsible for prospecting net new business.
Job Description:
- Lead generation through bidding on Upwork and other portals.
- Implementing strategy and action plan for the assigned geographies.
- Compiling competitive market intelligence and updating it regularly.
- Provide Leads status to his/her Manager on a weekly basis.
- Meet individual targets for Leads/Revenue every Quarter.
Skills Required:
- Smart, Confident, Self-driven person with a pleasant personality and passion for selling.
- Strong experience with bidding portals like Upwork.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Reasonable technology awareness and good analytical and logical prowess.
- Knowledge of IT Services business is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of basic sales & marketing practices is required.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented, with strong ethics and value system.
- Must be a Team player.
Qualifications:
Science/Engineering Graduate and/or MB
