Job Description:
- Market analysis & research.
- Business Development Activities; lead generation, acquisition of new clients through business networking, direct marketing, channel sales.
- Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
- Sound in developing proposals and sales presentations, conducting demonstrations responding to RFP”s and RFQ”s.
- Understanding client requirements broadly in the pre-sales phase and communicating to the team.
- Understanding/ knowledge of technology areas especially Microsoft Technologies, PHP, Android, iPhone is must.
- Engaging Technical Team for proposal making and ensure seamless handover after successful project engagement.
- Post-Sales Support and engagement of existing accounts.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to business development team, manage team dynamics, and provide industry best practices.
- Uniquely brand the organization using out of the box and innovative strategies.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & articulation skills.
- Has extensive experience communicating one-on-one with overseas clients.
- Strong flair for business development based on ethical means.
- Good understanding/ knowledge of latest technology areas especially Microsoft Technologies, Cloud, PHP, Android, iPhone.
- Deep understanding of the software services outsourcing, enterprise offerings and consultancy approach.
- At least 2+ years of experience in managing a team.
- Creative thinking and ability to think out of box to offer creative/innovate solutions offerings.
- Self-starter, pro-active with high energy and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
(UG – B.Tech/B.E.) & MBA (Sales & Marketing)
